A little about us... 

Solutions Bank was Forreston State Bank less than two short years ago. In September of 2020, we decided to change our name. We wanted a name that represented the communities we served, our brand, and our promise to customers.

We are a community bank with  7 locations - Forreston, Freeport, Kent, two in Poplar Grove, and now Durand and Lake Summerset. Our headquarters are still in Forreston, IL, and have been since 1887. 

What's the advantage of being a community bank? 

FAST, LOCAL, decision-making - because all the decisions are made here rather than with a corporate office. More and more banks are moving away from this. That's not the case with us. We have local decision-makers in each of the communities we serve. It's a real thing, and we've got you covered!

We think about the impact every decision we make will have on the communities we serve, from donating to the little league team to funding the dreams of a small business owner or farmer.
