National Cyber Security Awareness Month

This past month was National Cyber Security Awareness Month! We shared various tips throughout the month of October from the American Bankers Association of things that Solutions Bank will not ask our customers. Here are some of those reminders below!

Halloween Fun 2022!

 

We had lots of Halloween fun this year! 😄 It was great seeing so many of you at Forreston's annual Business Fair and Spooktacular Saturday event, as well as Durand's Trunk or Treat. And, of course, our staff had some fun dressing up on Halloween! 🎃

Keep Your Money Safe

5 tips for keeping your money safe while traveling!

1. Plan to carry at least two credit/debit cards, if possible, just in case one is lost, stolen, or compromised while you are traveling. These two cards should be different forms of payment networks, such as Visa or MasterCard.

2. Keep your bank in the know! Notify your bank or card providers about your travel plans before leaving so you won’t have any issues with your cards not working and nothing will be flagged as fraudulent.

3. Always have at least some cash on hand while traveling.

4. Always consider lock your valuables in your hotel room safe whenever you leave the room or don’t leave your valuables in there at all. Never leave them unattended or in your car.

5. Always remember to practice safe Wi-Fi. Don’t do secure things on unsecured networks. Hold off on any sort of activity that required your banking information or card information until you are able to connect to secure Wi-Fi or your own cellular network.
